Colts at Chiefs
Xavier Worthy - Has been an afterthought since Rashee Rice came back but Colts weakness is their pass defense. Sauce Gardner likely to shadow Rice so a Worthy deep shot on tap.
Steelers at Bears
Aaron Rodgers - He might not play but if he does remember…he owns the Bears. Chicago ranks 29th against opposing QBs this year. If he suits up, it could be one of ARod’s best fantasy days.
Patriots at Bengals
Andrei Iosivas - The Bengals will be without Ja’Marr Chase this game. While that usually means big game from Tee Higgins, he is likely to be shadowed by Christian Gonzalez. That means Yoshi could see a ton of targets in this game.
Jets at Ravens
Adonai Mitchell - While his Jets debut was one to forget, AD did have a team high 6 targets. Also, he was catching passes from Justin Fields who has been shaky at best. Now Tyrod Taylor takes over and while not as dynamic as Fields, he’s a more accurate passer. The Ravens defense has shown vulnerability ranking bottom 10 vs opposing WRs.
Seahawks at Titans
Chimere Dike - The matchup doesn’t favor Dike facing a top defensive unit like the Seahawks. However, Without Calvin Ridley (for the year) and Eric Ayomanor in this game, Cam Ward is short on options. Dike could be a garbage time target monster.
Vikings at Packers
Luke Musgrave - Tucker Kraft is done for the year and Musgrave has taken over as the starter, but so far has been incredibly underwhelming in 2 starts. Packers facing a Vikes defense that has proven formidable against the run and against opposing wide receivers and 3rd game could be the charm.
Giants at Lions
Brock Wright - Sam LaPorta is on IR and reportedly done for the year. Wright steps into the starting role. While not as dynamic a receiver as LaPorta, Detroit does incorporate the TE into their game plan. He had 7 targets last week and should build on that in a more favorable matchup.
Jaguars at Cardinals
Jakobi Meyers - He has led the team in yards since arriving from the Raiders via trade. The Cardinals have been good defensively but shown some vulnerability to outside receivers, especially in the red zone. A lot hinges on Trevor Lawrence who has been the opposite of good in the red zone, but the matchup is there for Meyers.
Browns at Raiders
Cedric Tillman - In college, Sanders showed great accuracy but most of his throws were within 7 yards from line of scrimmage. Enter Tillman, who thrives in the slot. Sanders needs to get the ball out quick which means Tillman should see a lot of targets.
Falcons at Saints
Darnell Mooney - The Falcons are without Drake London which means someone needs to step up. Kirk Cousins is now under center and while he’s a tight end friendly QB (good news for Kyle Pitts!) he also has a good rapport with Mooney who has 15 targets in 2 games since returning from injury.
Eagles at Cowboys
Jahan Dotson - The Eagles pass attack has been anything but special. Enter the Cowboys who rank dead last against opposing wide receivers. Dotson has just one game with over 50 yards receiving this year. It was against the Cowboys. In my best Lloyd Christmas, so you’re telling me there’s a chance?
Buccaneers at Rams
Cade Otton - Did you know the Bucs are the only NFL team without a tight end TD this year? I’d say they are due. While the Rams have been great defensively, they’ve shown some vulnerability to the TE giving up 3 scores in the last 3 games to the position.
Panthers at 49ers
Jalen Coker - The 49ers rank 26th against opposing wide receivers and rank dead last against slot receivers. It could finally be a big week for Coker heads!
